APSP seeking committee members |
©Dreamstime.com The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) is looking for members to help write, review and revise standards pertaining to above-ground and onground pools. The Association of Pool & Spa Professionals (APSP) has put out a call for members who want to serve on the group's Above-ground/Onground Pools Standard Writing Committee. The committee is responsible for writing, reviewing and revising the American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/APSP-4 standard for above-ground and onground pools. Members are invited to share opinions and contribute to the development of criteria, specifications and guidelines for equipment and pool design/operation. The committee will also review and respond to comments from the ANSI consensus governing body. Deliberations are set to begin next month in Atlantic City, N.J. Members can complete most work remotely, but will be required to attend meetings in-person as needed. Interested volunteers are asked to submit a resume to Bernice Crenshaw (
