Online registration open for WAHC |
©Bigstockphoto.com Those interested in attending the 2010 World Aquatic Health™ Conference (WAHC) can now register online. Online registration for the 2010 World Aquatic Health™ Conference (WAHC), sponsored by the National Swimming Pool Foundation® (NSPF®), is now open. This year's conference (October 6-8) will be held in Colorado Springs, Col., and will see world-leading scientists and experts discuss the science and artful application of aquatics. This global exchange allows attendees to learn about the latest trends, which, in turn, helps reduce risk and attract more people to water. Six symposia will feature more than 40 seminars and speakers over two days, including a poster session to highlight a broader canvas of research. The Aquatic Physical Therapy section of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) will also hold its summit in conjunction with the WAHC. This collaboration brings together two leading organizations that spotlight the unique properties of the aquatic environment to enhance health. To register for the conference, visit www.nspf.org/WAHC_2010.html.
