Northeastern awards loyalty with annual contests

Contests build community and customers.

Brands appreciate customers through investing in their experiences, providing valuable content, and thanking clients with rewards and benefits. Northeastern Swimming Pool Distributors embraces this concept with two annual contests, which just wrapped up and the winners will be announced at the National Pool & Spa Expo in Niagara next week.

Its annual photo contest awards builders for the best pool build entry in seven different categories. The company recognizes its devoted dealers’ hard work and craftsmanship by announcing the winners at the annual pool and spa expo.

With nearly 50 entries every year, this contest provides boasting privileges that go a long way in strengthening a reciprocal loyalty relationship.

Northeastern also teams up with Hinspergers Poly Industries (HPI), for the annual Safety Cover Contest. Every dealer who purchases more than three safety covers throughout each season can enter the contest to win up to $5000 cash, which will also be awarded at the expo.

“Reciprocal loyalty goes beyond contests; it’s woven into the fibre of a company’s soul,” said Northeastern’s president, Tom Dovgala. “This is just one way we show our gratitude and appreciate the hard work and loyalty of the industry.”
