Respondents to Pool & Spa Marketing’s annual survey expressed several frustrations with their jobs, specifically the amount of overtime they have to work.
However, this is not the only issue the survey revealed. Finding good employees, lack of communication in the industry, and people being promoted without the proper credentials are some others big factors that are leaving readers discontent.
This is the 10th year we have conducted this survey which provides a season-to-season analysis on the latest trends in the pool and spa/hot tub marketplace.
