Pool Craft has announced a planned leadership transition that includes new partnerships and a strengthened operational structure, aimed at ensuring continuity for customers, employees, and trade partners.

As part of the transition, Jim Perkins is moving into a coaching and development role after more than 35 years in the pool industry. Chris Kouressis and Chris O’Donnell have become partners in the company, while Jason Mitchell continues in his role as president and CEO.

The company says the changes are part of a structured succession plan designed to support long-term stability. Perkins will remain actively involved, focusing on leadership development and knowledge transfer to Kouressis, foreperson Jeremy Bird, Mark Robbins, and Colin Perkins.

Kouressis and O’Donnell will continue to oversee day-to-day operations, maintaining established processes and relationships. In addition, Amber Muir has been appointed chief operating officer, with a mandate centred on process improvements and operational efficiency.

Pool Craft has also expanded its service team with the addition of Jamie Bell and Sean Neville. They join existing team members Geoff Doherty, Aura Huckell, and Brey Gibson, a move the company says will strengthen service capacity and technical expertise.

With the updated leadership structure in place, Pool Craft expects continued operational improvements while maintaining consistent service and support across all markets it serves.
