Sweepstakes launched to keep swim lessons on the calendar

British Swim School is urging Canadian families to keep swim lessons on the calendar this fall.
The learn-to-swim provider has launched its national Jump On In Sweepstakes, which runs from September 8 to 30, 2026. The promotion will award one year of swim lessons and a British Swim School swim gear package to two winners: one adult aged 18 or older, and one child under 18.
The campaign supports the company’s broader Back to Pool initiative. British Swim School wants families to view swimming as a year-round activity, rather than a summer-only program.
“Back-to-school season is a time when families are getting back into routines and filling their calendars with activities,” said Ashley Gundlach, president of British Swim School. “We want to encourage swimmers of all ages to make swim lessons part of that routine and continue building skills and confidence in the water.”
British Swim School says its programming follows a survival-first approach. The curriculum focuses on water competency, safety skills, and techniques that can help swimmers respond in an emergency.
