Pentair has appointed Josh Cowley as executive vice-president and CEO of Pentair Pool, effective November 9, 2026.

Cowley will report to De’Mon Wiggins, executive vice-president and president of Pentair Flow, Water Solutions and Pool, the company announced.

“Josh brings deep pool industry knowledge, a strong understanding of our customers, and a proven ability to turn strategy into action,” said John L. Stauch, Pentair’s president and CEO. Stauch said Cowley’s experience in commercial operations and business leadership would support the continued development of Pentair’s pool business.

Cowley brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across manufacturing and consumer products. Most recently, he served as CEO of May Manufacturing, a hot tub and swim spa manufacturer. Before joining May Manufacturing, Cowley was CEO of Latham Group, a manufacturer and marketer of in-ground residential swimming pools serving North America, Australia, and New Zealand. Earlier in his career, Cowley held several senior leadership positions at Stanley Black & Decker from 2005 to 2021.

Pentair operates across residential, commercial, and industrial water markets.
