Pentair Pool has launched the 2026 Pentair Pool Pro Awards, recognizing professionals who help keep pools in their communities swim-ready.

The annual awards are now in their third year. This year’s theme celebrates “backyard legends.”

Pentair will recognize seven pool professionals for their industry commitment, product knowledge, customer service, safety focus, and leadership.

The awards will recognize professionals across five categories. The Premiere Pool Pro category will honour two professionals for outstanding service and industry expertise. Two Lifetime Achievement awards will recognize long-standing contributions to the pool industry. New this year, the Wave Maker Award will recognize a professional making a meaningful impact on the industry. The Unsung Hero category will spotlight those whose contributions often happen behind the scenes, while the Safety Advocate award will recognize a professional who demonstrates a strong commitment to pool safety.

Nominations open on September 1, 2026. Pool professionals can nominate themselves or a peer who has delivered standout service and made significant contributions to the industry.

Voting will take place in October. Members of the community can vote in October to select the most deserving professionals from the list of nominees. Pentair will announce the winners in January 2027. Winners will be honoured during a private awards ceremony at the Pool and Spa Show in Atlantic City, N.J., on January 25, 2027.
